Refund & Returns Policy
We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Accepted Return reasons:
Damaged Item
Not receiving the item order incorrect order
Rejected Return reasons:
Change of Mind or any other reason that is not mentioned in the Accepted reasons section.
(most of our products are not in stock and are manufactured based on the client order)
The customer is responsible to have all associated parts returned in the same condition in which they were received at their own expense / liability, unless a claim has been pre-approved by Bodykits.ae . In any instance of parts being sent to repair due to road hazard and / or third-party handling, will void this warranty unless otherwise stated.
To start a return, you can send us an email to sales@bodykits.ae . If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be promptly followed upon. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping
All shipping & handling costs are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated, after the item has been shipped. Once order is placed we will contact customer to confirm ship options available and additional payment dependent on availability of item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized customization's) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All Karbel® products are made of Dry carbon (prepreg material) that is cured in autoclave in high pressure and temperature. These material and process ensure that Karbel® products can sustain higher force and temperature than the vacuum infused carbon fiber panel. Our dry carbon products come in clear coat finish for a better presentation. From the inside of the product, you may see relatively rough surface, and that is the status before being coated.
Default prices for Carbon Fiber Parts Are for 3k (2x2) Woven Pattern Carbon Fiber with Gloss Finish.
Matte Finish & all the below customizations Except 3k Default are extra 20% Made to Order.

- We currently ship to the Gulf Region & Internationally based on the order. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
- We offer a 7 day return policy on all unused items in which the customer is responsible to have all associated parts returned in the same condition in which they were received at their own expense / liability, unless a claim has been Pre-approved by us. In any instance of parts being sent to repair due to road hazard and / or third-party handling, will void this warranty unless otherwise stated.
- If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 50% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases, As for example the item wasn't a custom order we may offer the ability to return the item to us for a lesser restocking fee and then keep the balance as a store credit. To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging.
We cannot accept a return on special ordered or custom items.
- Shipping is non refundable in either direction unless approved by Bodykits Aerodynamics LLC / KARBEL.
- All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 7 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 7 days. All products shipped from the Bodykits Aerodynamics LLC / Karbel facility are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or USPS. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release.
Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customer’s vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.
Bodykits Aerodynamics LLC / Karbel DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return. We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement.
